Cheesy Mooncake skin
Recipe reference from Moonmoon Kitchen but modification by Taglicious
(Prepare 16pcs of 45g skin dough ea)
Ingredients:
- 85g caster sugar
- 195g butter, soften
- 33g eggs
- 38g condensed milk
- 378g Cake flour
- 25g Parmesan cheese powder (Grind it into powder)
Filling ingredients:
- 800g of ready made Lotus Paste
- 8 salted egg yolk, Steamed and cut into halves
Topping:
- 1 egg yolk
- Some white sesame seeds
