材料:
有盐牛油-250g
黄糖, Brown sugar-120g
鸡蛋-1粒
面粉-300g
杏仁粉-50g
麦片-50g(用搅拌机打成粉)
泡打粉-1茶匙
苏打粉-1茶匙
榛果仁-100g
巧克力豆-160g
vanilla香精油-1tsp
咖啡精油-1/2tsp (用 Coffee Emulco)
*****牛油和黄糖需要用机器打罢了,其他都是用刮刀*****
做法:
1.蛋,vanilla香精油和咖啡精油混合搅拌均匀放进冰箱最少2个小时待用
2.预热烤箱160度
3.将所有粉类(sugar,麵粉,杏仁粉,麥片粉狀,泡打粉,蘇打粉 所有粉狀的過篩)过筛,拌均
待用
4.黄糖和牛油打发
5.加进1搅拌均匀
6.把3的干粉加进去拌均
7.最后加入榛果仁和巧克力豆
8.将面粉团揉成小圆球
9.放进预热的烤箱160°烤30分钟
