麦片虾

材料:
麦片成份:
¾ cup Nestum cereal 麦片 (original flavour)
½ tsp salt 盐
1½ tsp sugar 糖
1½ tbsp milk powder 奶粉

虾:
300 g medium size prawns (8 pieces)
trim, devein, wash, and dry thoroughly
1 tsp salt 盐
½ egg, beaten 半粒蛋
1½ tbsp plain flour 普通面粉

调味料:
vegetable oil for deep-frying 植物油
30 g unsalted butter (2 tbsp) 无盐牛油
1 bird's eye chilli, thinly sliced 小辣椒(适量)
6-10 sprigs curry leaves 咖喱叶

1.虾背去泥洗净,用盐腌制一会。

2.然后沾上蛋液和面粉,大火炸至金黄色,即可捞起来沥干油


3.热锅子,放奶油,烧热,加入咖哩叶爆香放入麦片(已混合)


4.炒香然后加入以炸的虾子,炒一炒就可以上碟了。
