材料:
大粒魚旦12粒,蒜茸1湯匙,乾葱茸1湯匙
調味料:
沙爹醬2湯匙,甜麵醬1湯匙,廖双記勁辣椒油1茶匙,黃薑粉1茶匙,咖喱粉2茶匙,蠔油1湯匙,黃糖1湯匙,水150毫升
做法:
1.起鑊先爆香蒜茸及乾葱茸,加入魚旦兜勻。
2.下調味料拌勻,蓋上蓋煮至汁杰即成。
