材料:
4个日本豆腐,4粒蛋黄,5大匙牛油,淡奶一大汤
调味料:
糖半汤匙,盐小茶匙,鸡晶粉小茶匙。
做法:
1.豆腐沾玉米粉,炸与金黄色捞出滴干油份待用。
2.蛋黄加入淡奶拌匀。
3.烧热锅,加入牛油热与溶,用中火慢慢倒入混合料(2
4.再倒入炸好的豆腐炒匀,盛起沥干多余的油即可享用。
