~卡士达牛油饼~ Custard Cookies

材料:
250g - 牛油 / butter
150g - 糖粉 / icing sugar
250g - 普通面粉 / all purpose flour (过筛/sieved)
150g - 卡士达粉 / custard powder(过筛sieved)
2颗 - 蛋黄 / egg yolk
250g - 牛油 / butter

2颗 - 蛋黄 / egg yolk
做法:
1. 将牛油和糖粉搅拌至泛白; ~Diana'sLittleKitchen~
2. 逐颗加入蛋黄搅拌均匀;
3. 分3次加入已混合的粉类,拌匀;
4. 用挤花袋或饼干压模挤压在烤盘上,饼干之间留些距离;
5. 放入已预热烤箱,以160度烘烤13-15分钟或至浅金黄即可。

3. Add in the flour and custard powder in 3 additions,
4. Use piping bag or cookie press to form the cookies in shape,
leave some space in between for the cookies to expand during baking,
5. Placed into preheated oven, bake at 160C approx. 13-15mins or
until cookies turned into light brown in color.
