材料 Ingredients:
200g 杏仁粒
300g 苦甜巧克力
做法 Method:
1. 杏仁粒洗净沥干,铺在烤盘上入烤箱,以150℃烤约10
2. 将苦甜巧克力切细碎状,以隔水加热的方式将巧克力熔化,
3. 将杏仁粒加入拌匀,即可倒入平盘冷却待其凝固。
4. 在巧克力凝固但尚未坚硬之前,以多样造型饼干模将巧克力
